Dinner Falls

A section up from the main rock pool.
Just outside of Atherton is Hypipamee Crater and a short walk down from that is Dinner Falls. During your walk along that track make sure you look up as well as in front. You might get lucky like we did and spot a Tree Kangaroo.
You can see more photos of the Tree Kangaroo here. If I keep taking photos of my wife on these walks I might have to mention she needs more than one hiking uniform :) Seems to be one of her favourite shirts for bush walks with me.
The day that we visited a large crowd was present. This is usually the case on weekends all over the Tablelands.
Liking our peace and quiet we escaped from the crowd (and a very annoying drone being flown) at the main rock pool and headed up to some of the softer sections of the falls. We sat there for quite some time and just relaxed.
