Saint Brigid of Kildare or Brigid of Ireland is one of Ireland's patron saints, along with Patrick and Columba. Her feast day is 1 February marking the beginning of spring and the lambing season.
Legend states that she created the first cross by weaving rushes she found strewn on the floor whilst praying at her father`s death bed. Source: Wikipedia
The place I am sharing from my part of the world this week is Behana Creek. I find this a wonderful spot to follow the water and walk. Have a great weekend.
