A Graduation present

Engraving a piece of jewellery with a message or symbol can make an ideal present to mark a milestone such as graduating from university.

One of my customers has a daughter graduating from James Cook University today. I was asked a month ago to create a piece of jewellery to be given as a present. 

The design we decided on was a set of 5 solid gold bangles held together by a hanging medal. On one side of the medal I engraved a message from the parents to their daughter.

The daughter had also attended Northern Arizona University so we engraved the years of attendance and both University emblems on the other side of the medal.
