Inside Barron Gorge there is a small waterfall that runs from all the way up the top to the base. The first three tiers are quite easy to access but I have been no higher than the fifth and it is tough going. Higher I imagine is even tougher. In the wet I would not even try past the third tier

At each of the tiers leaves accumulate and flow down to the next. At the second tier they seem to stop and swirl around in a circle.

My wife says that looking at this photo makes her dizzy. I sat there for hours one late afternoon just photographing the swirling leaves and enjoying a cup of coffee.
