The right way to reduce weight

This ring if made completely solid would have weighed 19 grams. To make the ring more affordable but still both durable and repairable we reduced the weight by doing the following:
remove gold from the inside
minimum thickness of 1.2mm
2.5mm wide inside edges
With each individual inside edges wider that a lot of rings sold today this ring would be both comfortable and durable to wear but with the reduced weight inside the customers budget.
