Comment:
I remember this pendant well. The customer had a sketch of the design that she wanted to set both the pearl and diamond into. Both gems had been purchased during her travels and were now symbolic of that time.

The first jeweller she took them to made fun of the irregular shape of the pearl. Not impressed by the comments but undaunted, she left and came to me to have the pendant made. Yes the pearl is not the best in shape but she loves it and what it represents.
