Something sold and something new

20th March 2019

Something old

I get bored easily so I love to make different designs. Luckily for me nearly every piece I make is a custom order so I do nto get bored at work very often if at all. The closest I get to be bieng bored is micro pavé setting hundreds of gems into the one piece.

Quite a few years ago I sold a similar ring to the one above but always wanted to refine the design. In early 2019 I found the time to make this newer version and it sold this week (March 2019).

It is nice when someone loves something that you have created and buys it. A little different to what I normally do which is custom design to some degree for almost every piece I create.

You can read more about the details of the above ring here.

Something new

I often come home to find some sketches of designs on the table that my wife has created. The above bar ring is one she sketched recently.

Much to her annoyance I usually change the design a little but I think she likes how this has turned out :) I love the minimalist feel to the design.

You can find the ring in the shop section of the website here. I intend to make some matching earrings to make a set. Once they are created I will add a link to this rings page.
